1. you can try fallenout's register, no cost try saja
2. they basically are region free, can use any SIMs
3. baseband region of yours is BU,not UB, which is a Vodafone set, ours in Malaysia normally are XX. like I9300XXLE6 is malaysia normally found unbranded
