Hi , my right earphone have 'scritt' sound . Is this normal ?

What about XP1? Is XP1 comparable to Hippo White and Hippo VB?

I get the feeling XP1 is so underrated.. ohwai

how does this compare with senn cx215 series ?
I'm abit annoyed with the tangling with the cx215... flat cable type should solve my problem

listen vocal, ambient stuff mostly.

How much XP1 bass amount compare to beats solo/tour?
Does XP1 lose quite noticeable details compared to the other two models?

I've been thinking since this XP series emphasize on bass strength, why not go all out with XP1.  If want details I might opt for something else that good in that aspect. 

Anyone did a comparison between xp3 and sony xba1?

I have an xba1 right now, it is worth changing to xp3?

Yeah I did some reading, looks like these particular IEM characteristics are the main cause. Now I tried inserting slowly while open my mouth to give more room to air to compress 
Tried double flange but didnt like losing the bass intensity and also the insecure feeling of the buds hanging too far worrying it might come off anytime soon.
So its safe to assume this is normal case. Sometimes I did feel the balance is off by ~5%-10% more to R. I hope the driver itself is not at fault. While at it I tried few other tip sizes and some of them give more balanced output at certain position means good isolation is another factor here..

Looks like have to consider Hippo Foam after all

They currently have Xmas promotion for the XP series. Only RM 179. Im thinking of getting the XP3. Is it safe to get from them or should i just go Jaben?

Regarding the cracking noise when you insert the xp inside your ears,it might because of the ear tip,and XP1 and XP2 has this problem as XP3 dont have this kind of sound,if you are away,XP3 ear tip's nozzle hole(the silicon) is smaller than those from xp1 and xp2,so the ear tip might not squeeze as much as xp1/2,hence no cracking sound.

That is what I observed. The cracking sound is only exist when you push it inside the ears right?

how does XP2 compared to klipsch S4 or Sony MH1C?  still deciding between these 3.

Not only when touching, it also noticeable when moving around, like when head is bobbing up and down /left to right. Tried using foam, albeit DIY one. The flange/air sound is still there and only on the right earpiece.  The sound is more noticeable when playing song with continuos mid to high treble sound.  Any way, went to Jaben today to let them have a look on it and see what can be done. Now just wait for the result.  In the meantime, its back to PL50 for me, of which I really like, except for the lacking of bass.

Yeah, i know... Since it didnt effect the sound quality, im quite ok with it. But im expecting a perfect condition for a brand new stuff.

But overall, im quite statisfied with my XP2. My first 'branded' earphone thou 

My XP3 is now set aside for my daily EPH-100, might give it a listen sometimes, I didn't have XP2 nor XP1 since I'm always looking for better quality IEM and EPH-100 was my choice before I go my XP3.

Just got my XP2 recently. It's pretty nice for my first set of IEM's, but I can't get over how sibilant (the sharp *tiss* sounds) it is. Do I have to burn it in or something? EQ? DRC?
