The forest facing units, there might be a mini-city coming up in the form of IOI Vivocity. From the masterplan the buildings look impressive, if they materialize at all. I won't say it will be blocking the forest view, neither will it be an expansive city view like what you get facing the lake/ Sunway/ USJ.

U will be surprised how much more aquest knows about SW, hehe. Anyway, what he mentioned is totally true, for Solace, type B (1093sf) all facing forests only, type C (1007sf) all facing lake. For Brio and Vio, type B all facing forest, type D all facing lake. So, all in all, only type B exclusively with forest facing only. Forest and morning sun seems like a good combination to me, which is the case here. However, the sunset view over the lakes are breathtaking too!

The Korean restaurant San Nae Duel opened already, took up two floors of corner lot in front of Solace. Vietnamese restaurant announced, Absolute Viet. A local cuisine restaurant too, from the name, Cafe Kaseh. At least more variety now compared to before. Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Western, Korean, local, coffee house, tea house, beer joint!

Traffic is heavy around SW and long queue is already piling up even as early as 10pm to enter SW.. I guess car park (both B1 & B2) must be already full as cars are parked along Persiaran Wawasan stretching at least over 200m.

Inside SW,  shops on the Ground floor are generally occupied/busy. Notably, sizeable queue are sighted in front of San Nae Deul and Sushi-Teh.  tongue.gif

These four portable toilets are permanent or just temporary? I remembered someone said last time they will build public toilet somewhere in the basement? Brio don't have water feature at the entrance facing the shops side but will have one (I hope they are no changes, from the scale model) on the other entrance facing wawasan side. But the condition in this photo is not acceptable lar once VPed, I hope they will do something to make it look better.
