Added on December 31, 2012, 11:30 pmTonight SW shows us that it has the potential to be THE Social Centre for Puchong: people are pouring into SW on the eve of 2013 in a scale that I believe is unprecedented.

Traffic is heavy around SW and long queue is already piling up even as early as 10pm to enter SW.. I guess car park (both B1 & B2) must be already full as cars are parked along Persiaran Wawasan stretching at least over 200m.

Inside SW,  shops on the Ground floor are generally occupied/busy. Notably, sizeable queue are sighted in front of San Nae Deul and Sushi-Teh.

[attachmentid=3238134]The area immediately in front of Brio' main entrance is beginning to look like a back alley way. Sector 7 is placing its rubbish bins and unused tables there. The unplastered walls built by it to close up its original door facing Brio main entrance looks horrible. Four terrible looking portable toilets(?) placed right at Brio front entrance is quite unbelievable. How can SW management allow all these to happen right at Brio's main entrance. Are they blind and all having blocked nose? It would be a big negative point to Brio. Hope Brio owners would lodge a strong complaint to SW Management before Brio prices start to tumble versus Solace and Vio.

Solace is not much better at all. You got to go there at night to hear for yourself the noise/speaker volume from Muzeum.
Open air speaker volume should be stricly regulated near residential areas according to time of day and night. You can turn up the volume all you want within your enclosed premise, but not at open air areas which have nearby residential apartments. I-Dart Gold is a good example. Their muzic is all within its enclosed premise. Bangsar used to have this problem but it is almost all gone. Many Mt Kiara areas, eg SoulOut, has regulation to limit "noise pollution" to its apartment dwellers.

I am on the 14th floor.  If I close the balcony door n draw the curtains, I hear slight muffled noise, except of course during eves of festive seasons then the noise is audible, but we enjoyed the merriment too.

That is a real good deal, only 510psf.. owner's asking price?

Lighting go the shops around TESCO, lots of choice; curtains go SSF in Puchong Jaya or if you want something cheaper, try Kamdar. If you are interested in teak furniture, there are a few in Bukit Puchong.

Brio already VPED. all letters out from Monday. U can visit the office for payment but however subject to bank clearance.

How abt Maybank? Checked around unit 1007 sqft with agents, they said can fetch 520k. Not much though as we paid higher for R2.
