Anyone knows what outlet will be opening in this unit? Saw that it's under reno now.. It's easiest the largest lot by floor size and facing LDP.

Bro, any idea which is the stand alone retail unit? I mean a solo / detached tower of a 3 ( not sure or 4 ) storey retail which just build for a Datuk for RM 12 mil.
*
The only detached block would be the one where The Beer Factory is located, between Block B and C. It belongs to Group36 if not mistaken.

QUOTE(bizklguy @ Aug 27 2012, 06:34 PM)
SW is drawing bigger and bigger crowd especially at night. I was there last friday night and literally all the "cafe" were flooded with sea of people..

One thing surprised me was that when I walked into the SW, I didnt experience "pasar malam" kind of commotion noise despite the huge crowd. Can it be due to its open space or perhaps the water canal is "absorbing" those chatting voices?  hmm.gif
*
Different ppl hv diff levels of tolerance. Personally i feel SW is coming up real nicely thumbup.gif Would be better if there are more live reports from owners who already move in so that at least we know the actual sound level from the apartments, whether unbearable or otherwise.

Btw, a picture speaks a thousand words, end of September, can't wait!! rclxm9.gif

If I am not mistaken, all 1096 sqf units are facing forest, and 1007 sqf are facing LDP.
*
Solace Tower is a bit different. In Solace, there are 1007sf units facing forest, at the corner. Those were the hottest units during launch time.

Thanks. I thought the corner units are either 845sqf or 1396 sqf units.

Wait, you are right, haha. I got it confused, thanks for clarifying!

Other than 845sf and 1396sf, there is one end-lot 1096sf per floor with no dark-room. I think that is currently the hottest pick for any sales and rental for people looking for 2 rooms.
*
Cspok, that would be unit 07 right? Just next to the bridge cross the lift.

Too hot for Malaysia wheatear to have this style of shopping. Will be good after evening. It will be more vibrant to have also fashion cat walk along side the water features. Such promo activities will even draw more crowd.
Fashion type of business need this kind of introduction. Not a bunch of things hanging up like pasar malam.
*
Yes, majority people will not like to walk under afternoon sun, but there are people who don't mind too blush.gif Pity those hardworking stall owners though, hehe. I think this will be good to create some afternoon weekend crowd. Coupled with TGV which is target to open end of this month... The layout @SW is ideal for many types of events, it's just a matter of time for these to sprout out. Catwalks, live bands, performances, etc etc.. thumbup.gif

QUOTE(Marine Boy @ Sep 8 2012, 08:27 PM)
SW have to create "happenings" based on the latest trends to attract human traffic that not only benefit the business owners but residents. The attraction must be great to have a crowd-pull factor that pull crowds from the neighboring shops. SW copes the tropical heat by having water features & shop owners should have moisturizer fans that spray mist to create cool air. SW should plant anti-mosquitoes plants to drive away the pests. With all these in mind....living, working, relaxing & entertaining in SW will be highly desirable. With the beautiful landscape...lots of events, activities & festive season can be enjoyed. It would look romantic by having the mid-autumn festival there this year...with nice lanterns hanging on trees...bright full moon & nice classical music.

The sound of it is already so romantic biggrin.gif

Anyone has any reno photos to share? Need to start planning now, Brio VP is just 4 months away. I know some investors will try to provide as minimal furnishing as possible, but I saw some photos of units for rent in Solace, the owner install fluorescent tube lights rclxub.gif I mean, surely there are better lightings which won't cost a bomb.

Nice, they've planned a comprehensive list of events! Not too keen on the senior citizen singing though, have had enough of my mum's days of joining singing competitions, and the choice of songs are always the same few, lol!
