i see student segment clashing with expat segment in SW. While this is ok but i dont think this is ideal. The future of SW lies with the management on which direction they want to steer to.. icon_rolleyes.gif

so, 6-7 pax per unit, this is easily 1k clean profit for the college. This is already considered as hostel. so, unlucky they meet with chris ex-taylor student now a property sifu.. brows.gif

SW is not all good okay. Look at the offices and the mall, it's still dead after one year. The question is who wants to do business there when there is no spending power. It is still located in Puchong. You can say it had changed, but there are still many people will just shrug off because it is in Puchong. That is why no branded wants to get into Puchong. It has never been a luxury market there.
You have 5 PFCC buildings but what can they attract when KLCC offices are already struggling. In the end, look what they have attracted. Kolej Rima in one of PFCC building. So don't hope so much that it will attract big companies.
LRT is far from completion. The track just stop immediately after IOI. The fact is gov is more concerned on MRT than just this extension. To hope that it will be completed in 2015, one must pray very hard. The beam in front of SW also not sighted yet. Might as well invest in other property near MRT.
Now, the hard fact is SW fail to attract good tenant. Many business are struggling in SW. Hotel, karaoke etc that were promised earlier didn't materialise. SPS failed in bringing good tenants. They remained a property developer not a property management.

Ok this shall neutralise a bit the impression on me  icon_rolleyes.gif
