I think so .... after 4 days no reply ... have PM him again, now asking for full amount to bank in, then no reply again.... He got lots of rigs to build ... 

My rig cost me around 4500 to 5000 to bulit ....  Never thought of spending that much on rig.

What's wrong with zotac? Services no good or product no good?

i heard the service are not so good. it takes very long time for the replacement of rma unit

Not so sure about that, but i hardly see any retailer got zotac card. Guess not so popular choice here.
