yes, i get 1.2 mbps max as well on torrent..but of course depends on the seed

if my house no cctv, can still request for public IP?
if torrent using normal utorrent/ bitcomment still will be faster?

FYI torrent only capped during 8-12 pm.
no matter public or private, it will be capped during that period.
other time ok.

sure u can, just say that ur house got cctv u need public ip, then they activate and u configure the router. smile.gif
