weird case. but usually these case happens once then forever it wont happen again. If it happens for the second time, then only it is time for a proper diagnostic check.

next time if happen again, check issit the gear lever is at P or N properly.

coz FLX CVT the gar lever is super duper hard to shift especially when it is still new, hence, "sticky lever" occurs. Sometimes we feel that we have shifted to the gear we wanted but actually it lands in between.

Like I want to shift from D to N, the slight push sometimes makes the lever indicator (red dot) only shown half in the gear indicator but on the car dashboard it is still showing D. Release brake that time car go roll forward

lol, such thing only occurs accidentally one. Whenever I try to mimic it, I failed badly.

You sendiri dah slow on fast lane, I use middle lane to potong you then wanna play cucuk cucuk. At corner bukannye can follow. Then comes the second type where purposely go even slower then suddenly full throttle when saw me approaching fast from the back, then at corner brake like mad. After every corner, the process repeats and repeats and repeats until I potong him during cornering then the first scenario happens again.

But I found one kancil driver with big brass balls at the rawang trunk road.
Learnt a bit of his lining. haha... XD

Added on August 14, 2012, 8:29 pmindirectly I learn the limit of the car after installing FSB. Safe to say, on every corner, can add between 8kmh~11kmh.

seriously, it is the WORST

when i dive into shell, the fuel bar left 1 bar (standard filling up procedure of me ). Pump in RM30, increase to 4 bars. Now left 2 bars and total mileage travelled is 71km+

apa help. It is standard feature. For safety purpose. It is called shift lock. You need to press the brakes so that it keep the car completely stationary before you select the appropriate gear.

the shift lock is something mechanical. When something mechanical works, obviously it will produce sound.

yes. it means that your shift lock is working perfectly.
