No, not included, aren't all annual leave quotes here not including public holidays?

My company counts it as per years of services , not based on position.

1-3 yr: 14 days
3-7 yr: 18 days
7yr and above: 21 days

For those who join fresh for a company and entitled to 20-22 days annual leave, you guys are dam lucky! ><

I wonder does the annual leave for each company tells us about the reputation and performance of the company? Irregardless, I guess.

First company: Japanese company (manufacturing)
1-3 yrs: 8 days
4-5 yrs: 12 days
5-10: 15 days
10+: 20 days

Second company: US company (electronics)
1-5 yrs: 15.5 days
6-10 yrs: 18 days
10+: 22 days

Second company (revised): US company (electronics)
1-5 yrs: 12 days
6-10 yrs: 15 days
10+: 20 days
The company lower down the annual leaves to "standardize leaves in all companies in other countries"
And they said, good news is we are allowed to carry forward 1.5X annual leaves compared to previously 1x annual leaves!
They give you less annual leaves and then allow you to carry forward more, what kind of twisted logic is that?

Third company: US company (electronics)
1-3 yrs: 12 days
3+: dunno yet, haven't started to work in new company yet smile.gif
