SA said same as last Sunday preview price with rm30k dis. This Sunday will be official launch SA said will sapu all remain unit..

Just went to the private launch. Semi D minimum rm1.249 mil discount rm50k, booking fee rm10k.

2 stry semi d @ 3630sqft, 3 stry 4900sqft if not mistaken. Those unit along the club house not open for booking yet.

Understand Ambank have lifted and stop their Dibs scheme start from yesterday, anyone know about this and any news from other banks? Those have not summit loan application or no get approval yet might affected.
