not so many discussion regarding Anggun City Shoplot here, want to ask for all your professional advice.
I'm considering buying into Anggun City, but RM2.2mil is not cheap, for investment purpose is it good move to buy in there?
Can rental here goes up to RM10-20k? Normally mall could rent cheap to encourage businesses come in, but for shoplot do you think we will have chance to fight developer? Developer has reserved 1 phase of Anggun City Shoplot, will ppl rent from individual buyer if rental is too high?
