New launch Bayu Legenda just next to Anggun 3, only 600k for 2.5 storey..Freehold..but already sold out.

Only leave 1 leasehold unit...
And the leasehold is only leave 80 years old..
I heard that one freehold unit will rejected by bank.
But it's a corner unit, around 700k.

heard that occupancy rate is very low on Anggun until now. And many rob cases at Anggun.

my brother told me was Anggun 2.
He can easily drive in to Anggun 2, security guards are useless there.
And my father told me that someone house was robbed last week,
and was beaten by the thieves because he locked himself in the toilet.
