Bro Kekura, good point     I have put in the approximate location of M Residence 1,2,3, Country Garden @ Rawang, Sp Setia: Setia Eco Templer, and Da Land: The Two as well. Saujana by Glomac, and Bandar Tasik Puteri by Lowyat is not drawn, as they are already shown on the map. There are others boutique developments as well that are a little harder to show, since the map is rather small, so I will just skip for now.

** Please note that the location of each site is the approximate location of the individual existing/new/to be launch development that I know and combine them all together by my half pass Photoshop skill , you guys might notice that some of the township although are side by side are not connected, but in reality, the development might/should be connected to each other, I just don't have the exact info on how their alignments are connected exactly, hope this made sense  but yeah... these are the approximate location and their alignments, if you guys have more accurate alignment, please do share it as well. For now, hope this will help to visualize the alignments

But not a wise decision i made. Too many supplies and too many players, overcrowded.

Base on current trend yes,southern do seems alot more faster. But then for me, the developer list in north part is very interesting.. 

I think most of them are quality and huge players(BRDB, Tan&Tan, Guoco, Gamuda, Loh&Loh, Hong bee). Not so say southern(semenyih,kajang) is not quality player, but then personal point of view, just hard to beat brdb, tan&tan level laa...

DPC i no comment, i used to lepak in the site during my school days, nvr expect it will grow until this far. Now i just love dpc. 
dpc launch in a right time, right place, attract right crowds. But then who knows, tamansari+sierramas2+serai, they might create a big splash?

But then i think sierramas also very good,just not lk dpc comes with the waterfront and future arcadia. <---much older than dpc, mixed development in township not "hot" during that time frame?

For me, Canal city might be a better shot, cuz kemuning is already quite nice, it is just like an extension of a good place.

No surprise, Rawang to Kota Damansara very convenient, you even can park your car at Rawang KTM then exchange MRT1 at Sungai Buloh interchange, 4-5 few stations can arrive and it ready in 2017

A similar home in DPC with this kind of buildup is easily above RM2mil. The so-called semi-dees and bungalows, some with much smaller buildups that they sell nowadays are about the same price if not more than this Type C.

Semi-dees and bungalows are yesterday's concept. Nowadays, it's called a Villa or Zero lot houses. Zero-lot bungalows!

Was deciding between Type F & C. But that extra 5 feet at the back is only good for a garden. I don't have much green fingers and time to tend the garden.

Long time ago, people will buy land and build their holiday home near some waterfront. Nowadays, with security issues and high cost of land, that is a bit difficult to execute. And so, for me, this is the holiday home.

A Seremban 2 bungalow with similar buildup is already now more than RM2mil. An average condo with not much to shout about, in Kepong area is now RM600psf.

South Klang Valley does not appeal to me. It has a somehow Bumi feel. Whereas North Klang Valley is closer to the more happening North West Klang Valley, i.e. DPC, Kota Damansara, 1U & Taman Tun and Mt Kiara.

You can say this part of the new Rawang is something like Seremban 2. The new area will appreciate faster than the old.

So that was how I came to my decision. When no one is buying and all looks gloom, this is the best time to buy.

too bad the word 'istana' is prohibited for general use...otherwise developers surely will use Istana for their bungalow offering.

in overseas, the Malaysian style link terraces is called Townhouses de, and their detached house with garage and land with 100% detached house is just called HOME or house. Bungalow never been used de.

The architect gave some thought to it. If the toilet was at the front of the house, then they cannot give you such big glass windows. The idea is to give you the park view and resort feel.

The second floor intermediate rooms are for the kids or your elderly folks. How much time they spent in the toilet looking out?

Got earthquake, shorter better, higher stablility and can run out faster different location and concept, can't compare, Tamansari very nice indeed leh
