Hi everyone.am .new here and am I so EVER Happy & Glad that me and my hubby decided to make a drive down to see Rawang by ourself and not to just listen to what people got to say about it...and after look look see see a few Semi D's (that's what we wanted and 2.5 storey) Saujana Rawang, Saffron (even get to look at Tamarind before launch as I know someone there last time before she left - show me the whole type floor plan), Anggun, Emerald and Regency Parc and finally choose Regency Parc (No one knows about Regency Parc it seems?

like I am the only one here) for its design and the 1st property that offer private Clubhouse

(before M Resident did not know will they have it or not because I called and visited Cyberjaya Clover to ask them)...If I got extra money and if the price is right... the 3 storey Semi D would be my interest too when Anggung 3 launch...can't wait to actually learn its price and build up etc...but at the same... I am very very and excited on my Regency Parc purchase and also the whole new developing that is going around in my..our future home
Got to put in my perception as well...Sorry if I going to sound rude here...don't mean to but really.. Rawang's reputation may not be as "HOOHA" like those in DPC or even alone PJ...does not mean that it will not meet that day. Rawang is indeed growing...no one know what will happen in the future..if Rawang is to take off...then good to those that purchase / is living there now...if not...then what can you do...sell it? rent it? put up with it and continue to stay and hope for the best...
IF you are talking about traffic...man..I do not understand why even bother when almost everywhere in KL...MALAYSIA is JAM during peak hours...
Overall...I always believe that Home is where the Heart is NOT where the Location is...
