I made him awesome.

This is by far the most work i've put into a model kit so far, and as strange as it may sound, it's because I love the Wing Gundam's design so much that i'm going all out to make the damage as good as possible. Sadly, I would have no chance at making a diorama for him to rest on, but thankfully ebay is to the rescue:

Still need to do some final work on the skirt armor, but the main bulk of the legs are completed. I'm sure there is some Gundam Wing fanboy wanting to kill me right about now.

I'm quite pleased with this. The only thing that bugs me is that he can't hold his shield unless his left hand is empty.

The only way kits drop price is if a seller has a sale or is trying to clear out old kits. Bandai themselves never change the prices of their kits. As for MG Strike Rouge, it is a 4000 yen kit.

Anyways, I apologize for the delay in posting an update on my MG Wing Gundam, but i've hit a bit of a roadblock and would appreciate some advice on how to proceed:



As you can see I got his left wing pretty much blown off(still need to work on that bit to make it look right), but i'm curious about the best way to do the rest of it. Should I have the whole wing blown up so it matches his shoulder/chest, or should I leave it with only moderate damage? His right wing will remain intact with moderate damage, which is making me lean towards completely destroying the left wing but I thought a second opinion couldn't hurt. Any advice?

As for the rest of you guys, I appreciate the suggestions to try and salvage my work, but it's not the look I was going for so i'm going to cut my losses and try again from scratch with a new kit sometime later. I guess the silver lining in this is that I now have the chance to make the kit even better the next time I try.

You could try a feather duster, or a can of compressed air.

There's no way they would ever do Hyaku Shiki or Psyco Gundam in RG. Shiki's gold plating would make the price skyrocket, and a RG Psyco would rival the prices of PG kits.

Well this explains why the Nu Gundam ver ka. is going to be so expensive. It's not a MG, it's a 1/100 RG. Yes, that image is a legit leak of the 3D render.

You missed my joke. All RG is 1/144. I made that comment because the model clearly has RG-type color differentiation despite being a MG.
