of course 838 is better coz its more advance n cannot be simply compared with 818pro..
i think its not similar to O2 mini.. a little bit up that mini.. but almost same as ATOM..

I'm lucky, cause I saw my ex-colleauge was working in th PDA Expert Booth during the PC Fair.
he help me discount the price... setup this and tht...
and ask me went to LY to look for him this weekend for more S/W installation...
hahaha... oh yeh !!!!
(Mayb all PDA Expert Staff are as good as like him )

NOw, about the PHONE.
so far, I found no problem nor hang with it.
Mayb I hvnt install any s/w into it yet....
but will sure share my experience here and explorer together

previously i reported the allocate from the MAP tht provide by PIKOM PC Fair.
But when I reach there, i cant able to find PDA Expert Booth at Hall 5 too.
And only manage to found it by going back to Hall 2.

The PDA Expert staff told me tht BLACK DOpod 818 price is going to increase.
mayb as wht u say, too many demand on it till no stock lo..

how do i back-up my data to Sd card.. before i do a hard reset... coz my active sync 4.1 also don't have back-up function???

azfy... just copy the important files and documents to your sd laa .. softwares has to be installed again later after hard reset .. to back sms/mms/emais ..can use sprite backup / spb backup / jeyo mobile extender(www.jeyo.com) .. then u can copy it back to your device.

i bought mine brand new black RM2430 with no card. I later paid Rm100 for a 512 at wisma cental. Summore i trade in my 6670 with no SD for rm550:)

where u got it? 2430 for basic package? 512mb how much?

I dont think DOPOD come with the backup n restore s/w...
I went to PDA Expert/The Brilliant today....
they install a lots of s/w for me (ei... did make my hp a little bit laggy liao.. mayb just too much thing gua...).
one of it is wht asrulz mention, "spb backup".
Hvnt try yet, but i think tht's the 1 u looking for....

Goto PDA Expert/The Brilliant shop (LowYat G Floor, opposite DiGi shop).
i think they charge RM5 per s/w or game installation.
but they are very nice, funny, and friendly.

I was in hurry, kept on buzzing them...
but they just patient, explain wht s/w is installing n wht need to install...
ask me to wait...
