as i know .. there is no standard backup software that came in with 818pro ...have to used 3rd party software ..for me .. spb backup is easy to use.

It is because of the bit rate is too high that the PPC version cannot play the rmvb file. Anything above 350kbps, the real player PPC will not play. There is a solution which you need to convert the rmvb file to a more suitable bit rate for RealOne Player for PPC. You can use Boilsoft RM Converter to convert the rmvb.

how to bak up my data ? back up using active scyn?? currently when got incoming phone call.. my phone will got 2 ring tones. =.='' cause before this i install RINGO( something like ringtone programme) . but after that i unistall it already .. now when got incoming call .. my phone will got 2 ring tones that ring togheter =.= i try soft reset also cannot fix.. any 1 here got any idea how to fix it?? i try to delete that file but it seems cant work

As for ur ringing problem u should do a hard reset....

back up contacts and msg only loh.. since the system already got pproblem i think no need back up edy.. cause later back up leow use back still got same problem again =..=
