But he’s got some explaining to do. What his excuse is, and where things go next is something we’ll have to find out when Uncharted 4 releases in early 2016. We can’t wait.

after watching the uc4 demo, i'm throwing my money at the screen. why is it not working?

So the Uncharted Nathan Drake Collection will not just be an "upres, slap a 60fps-tag remaster".

According to Scott Rhode that is:




Primarily will do gameplay balance and tweak the mechanics of Uncharted 1 and 2 to be more in line with Uncharted 3.
I think U2 is okay as it is, but U1 is definitely a little bit long in the tooth so hopefully the tweaks are an improvement and not an annoyance.

As all remasters goes, be wary of what is said. There's been far too many times when it has turned out to be all lies with rainbow sugar, even if this is one of Sony's biggest IP.
