yes.. nod.gif

Must note also Sept 2013,  Garden Mall 53% occupancy will hv rental revision. Attach frm CIMB report

The ceo has already said it will be extremely difficult for them to achieve thier target of 15% increase as mentioned by several ib. However they will try to achieve a 'good' number.

Even the ceo is not confident, i would expect between 7% to 10%, which will increase the overall profit by maybe 3%? Hardly a big change...at least match inflasi lah. Remember megamall is 2x as big as gardens.

So 6sen net dpu will now be 6.2 sen... hmmmm

Rm1.23 has more than 5% net yield.  thumbup.gif

Having said that, second Q result is a bit weak.
*
Yes weaker due to 18% increase in Maintenance.. what they maintain ah?

Anyway projected FY13 gross yield now will be 5.3%.

A lesson well learn when i started investment, now if it is selling at reasonable price and good valuation, buy!

Sure the stock can be cheaper, but then if the valuation is still good, buy more!

Would like to check, is there any cut-off date for the dividend entitlement? if yes, what date?
How to check whether one is entitled for the dividend or not?
*
As long as you hold until ex- date you are entitle for dividend.

Mind to share wat is GTD n is this function applicable to all brokers?
*
I am using CIMB got GTD (Good till date) function. Not all brokers have it only some.

Basically you key in order with an expiry date. If order not filled on the day, it will auto submit for queue again next morning opening. It will keep repeating until you cancel the order, reach expiry date or the order gets filled.

Very useful to set trap for cheap sale. thumbup.gif

Hwang DBS E'Invest got GTD function...

QUOTE
E'Invest provides you with the option to choose the type of order you wish to place, i.e Day Order, Session Order or Good Till Date ("GTD") Order. By default all orders submitted are treated as "Day Order" which is valid for both trading sessions and expires by the end of the trading day if not matched. Session Order will limit your order to that particular session only whereas GTD Order is a standing instruction order. The unmatched GTD Order will be automatically carried forward to the next trading session until it is matched and will only expire on the date specified by you.

is the charges different to normal trading? e.g. assume CIMB cash account min charge is RM8, the GTD trade min charge may RM50.

Same brokerage no extra charge... just a feature.

Yes, but it's risky if a company going to be bankrupt (and therefore price will drop to 0). e.g. current price is RM3 and U key in GTD price of RM2 and then they share nose-drive from RM3 to RM2 (U think U R lucky to grab 50,000 shares costing RM100,000)...but the share keep on dropping way below your grab price...U R going to make big losses.
*
Haha first time play share market?

Do your home work first lah to set price to purchase, make sure you have adequate margin of safety and also the price is reasonable. It's all about fundamental analysis. Even if the price plunge, if the fundamentals are still intact i would always buy more.

If the financial results comes out unfavorable, just cancel the GTD order. Very difficult one meh? Put already must buy 1 meh? tongue.gif

If cannot afford time to monitor your stocks, best don't play.. go play UT instead.

If the Rental revision is this year, i probably sell my bulk @ 1.16 and keep my remaining ones @ 1.32 for long term.

Whats the rational for selling those shares at low price and keep those at high price? For syok sendiri only? rolleyes.gif

When you buy shares at different prices, you only need to consider the ABP or average buying price (total price paid/total units). Selling those in the money and keep those out of the money only makes imaginary profit... laugh.gif
