another spoon feed tips

install VB6, then install MSDN,
there is a sample call "mscomm" inside MSDN, there is a sample of how to use VB to send SMS thru GSM phone

of coz, u still need the tools as shinchan mention @ post #16

I don't know wat to say...

firstly, u haven't done enough research, if u had use google, u would have found the solution easily, instead u take the easy route and ask someone else do it for you.

Here is a tip, next time when u guys do a research, please use google instead of YM or IRC... u wouldn't get far using YM and IRC..

Anyway, this is easy and all u need is to use Mscomm and a GSM modem or handphone.

Infact, if u go to nokia website, they have a full API for their nokia handphone and also working samples...

sorry guys for the hassle. this happens bcoz of the last minute addition to the module by the lecturer. btw, it isn't my project though. done mine in the previous semester... juz trying to be a good samaritan to someone who has been very helpfull in the past... TQ to all the replies and information... really appreciate it... notworthy.gif
