Hi, Just bought my first property with my wife. Paid the 10k booking fees yesterday. Now waiting for bank to call, still unsure which bank giving a good rate though.

Question:

1. Is there any other cash payment required after this? (lawyer fees, etc. ?)

some say fixed is good then flexi, bcos they scare BLR will naik, correct me is i am wrong.

2.45 only, u can get 2.5?

Recently heard Sales agent say the parking is open for sales already,but is very limited, 1 parking Rm20k....

Erm, asking SA checking which car park available 1st later confirm already prepare RM20k chq paid to developer, after that I think need to sign one more additional agreement for this parking and need to paid cost around RM300 to lawyer for me because I already get my S & P last 2 month

checked the parking and signed snp :| , question. i can see my car park is close to "lobby".

But, this means i will need to take the lift to the lobby first then switch to another lift to get to my floor? or straight from the lift from car park will go up to my floor?

Nothing personal against zhengdek, but rather a complaint against Alliance bank as a unit.

Alliance bank apparently has the worst disbursement records in my book (compare to my 6-8 mortgages in the past), they are always late on payment to developer and caused me tons of problem to deal with late payment interests % charged by developer.  I'm not too sure if this has got to do with a) specific branch that i'm dealing with, or b) deficiency in the Alliance Mortgage Centre as a unit ; or c) bank-developer's relationship; or just my D) BAD LUCK.  But yeah...just a word of caution here.
