This morning, I sent mine to the PJ one next to federal highway to fix volume UP button issue. After that issue fixed, it caused another bigger issue whereby the phone vibrates very softly, close to nothing at all. Unfortunately, I only discovered it when I reached home. Now have to waste my time return there again but that centre closes at 6pm daily. Have to go the one that closes at 10pm. Really unrealiable, you sent to them to fix a problem but instead they created a bigger one. |

last month i just update my S3 to latest firmware using Software Update. But my friend not able to do so, keep get No update available.
Anyone any idea on this ?

I just realised that the 4 corners of my phone have a hairline scratch. Looks like it was scratched by one of my polycarbonate case that was quite hard and rigid.
