where did you send your phone for warranty?

This morning, I sent mine to the PJ one next to federal highway to fix volume UP button issue. After that issue fixed, it caused another bigger issue whereby the phone vibrates very softly, close to nothing at all. Unfortunately, I only discovered it when I reached home. Now have to waste my time return there again but that centre closes at 6pm daily. Have to go the one that closes at 10pm. Really unrealiable, you sent to them to fix a problem but instead they created a bigger one.

I've already set vibration intensity to full for all 3 options. Still the same.

this is for S2 only la. S3's version has not been released by Gokhan yet.
