cos when u update it by phone to cam FM write (rear) & restart it, the FW write count increase.

i dono. i done 3 updates. and only this one i can do from the phone (no need kies, odin). i dono why. i think when the server gets to bog down with requests it will just reject subsequent requests. that is my theory. just do it through kies and odin as an alternative.

ya i know but what effect will this do to the phone's function?

seller will do it for you as the label on the box write it..

nope but i tak syiok saw the rear (0,1) so currently the only solution is hard reset. last time i nt patient so end up rear (0,3) 3 times..

no effect to the phone.. don't worry about it.. n he's the one who always worry about those count..

my flash count is at 8 and i never bother to clear it away.

but seriously to wash the count away u need to do a hard reset? not so wise

they don't even fix the missed call notification issue. nvm this is the last ICS.. straight go for JB.

it seems im gonna shift again.. SuperNexus is fine but i cant bear the memory leakage issue and imo, though its stable, it isnt polished enough to make me stick with it but thats expected coz its an early build and Samsung havent released the source codes for S3 JB.

the guy said no different but i noticed that G firmware .jpg files is 1KB bigger than Z firmware so...

perhaps too many are updating so you know its the limitation of their servers perhaps. Have a go at KIES. Youre gonna download the whole ROM but it never failed to detect the latest update once you plug in ur S3 and have a coffee or two while waiting, rather than waiting for the OTA to pop up, only God knows when.
