wow.. what's wrong with this? did the buyer promise in black & white that he will sell it to the higher's bidder?

is there any legal contract formed bnetween you and the seller?

no rite. so it's both parties fault. one for being ignorant about malaysian trade law. another for being not professional and has no ethic in trading

The seller did mentioned that the highest bidder will get the item by the time when it reached the final date. Thats the way of the bid.

If not, why dont he just changed it to normal trading way ?

This is just because of the seller.
For the seller for being not professional and irresponsible.
I once faced this also, but what can i do ?
I can't do anything also since the item is sold.

What are you trying to express here?

Perhaps your statement encourage people to FFK or maybe CONS as much as possible especially in internet trade.

Legal contract?
I guess everyone dealing in bulk and garage section should make legal contract if everyone listens to you. Then the TRADE ZONE DISPUTE RESOLUTION CORNER shouldn't be here anymore.

I don't think is my fault at all because I'm the leading bidder.

Anyway,no use I explain all again to you if you keep saying "Ya...Malaysian Trade Law...bla bla...legal contract....black and white..this and that statement...sue you sue me...fair not fair...whose fault"

Then you should post the very same statement at all complaint threads here in this sub-forum.

Finally,your statement doesn't even help at all.Well done ~

well, 1st of all, LYN isn't a trading forum or site or whatever

the mods are there on ly to help

and the threadstarter is just yepping around, like some kids comlianing to their mama, except in this case, the mods aren't the mama

nobody was harmed in this case rite? so, no biggie

and i do not encourage ppl to FFK or what, but if u dun have a legal written contract, then nothing can be said. bring it to court, the supreme court if u wish, nobody can help. juat live with it. that's what i'm pointing out

the trade dispute zone is more like if money has been involved, where payment has been made, and item has not been received or not in the agreed condition, ie rosak punya item

If I'm not mistaken,I placed the bid last two days before the bid ended.

I admit this is no biggie thing la but at least I want let people know the nature of the seller ma.From his reply, you know that he's not serious about apologising. The way he apologised is just like a No Big Deal matter. Please la,show some respect and sincerety.

That's why I say up to you all to judge him. What I know is he FFK and he did it.

In other words : He's unethical

That's all...I didn't made up any extra stories. If mod consider this is small matter, they may close it.Is great to prevent something then letting myself to lose my real valuables. That time is too late for me to complain, right?

Then,I just let mod to close/delete this thread la.

And I'm not trying to impersonate a kid that is trying to complain to mama. Before something worst happen,I just explained what happened only.

If not afford to put something on bidding system, don't SIMPLY do it.Hate people trying to exploit/manipulate this forum's weaknesses.

palette, you are not following your principle of selling item. What does auction means?? Very simple, someone bidded on that particular price till the dateline is the winner. It doesnt matter someone offer you RM 630!!! as its not valid in the auction thread.

If you unable to get that guy to post in the auction thread, that he is bidding at RM 630 before dateline, NEXT TIME DON'T ever come to LYN to do trading since you dont have word of honour.... Cause saying excuse of forgot updating your thread is bunch bullSHIT! Is common sense, you want to sell something urgently, you want money, you got to be watching the thread to get update of the price can be sold.....

Lame EXCUSE!

hmm i have been having same probs trading in lyn, and it turns me to be more cautious. there is a lot of FFKers in lyn and what i recommend is to make ur personal list and try not to deal with them ever again.

@larkowen - i know how u feel about this , but from the past experience trading in lyn u should already know that any transaction in lyn forum the seller has full power. if he ffk u then u have nothing to do except 4 wat u did now. unless if u trade in lelong u can already post some bad feedback to the seller.

Yeah...I know..I just wanna "teach" the seller ma..

You can't afford to lose anything in the bidding system, don't make it.

The way he managed the bidding is just like playing with the sand.

That's why I want remind all members to becareful in this matter now or in future.

Prevent is better than cure.I'm not seeking any damages funds or compensation from the seller.

JUST WANT TO REMIND MA..SIMPLE AS THAT smile.gif

Thanks anyway for those understand this situation smile.gif

Wish to make this "trading" forum more safe and reliable thumbup.gif

Yup, or at least show us the PM that some body else who bid it the highest before the auction deadline.

@lucifah, the threadstarted doesnt mean he wants anything to do with the seller, I think he is here to inform us, that's all. There is no need to drag in supreme/federal courts or whatever legal involvements in here. The seller did owe him an apology after all.

According to mods, FFKers can be put into Minor Offender list.
Me even created a thread asking about FFKers.
