This guy opened a thread few days ago in Garage Sale,selling SONY PSP STANDARD PACK with the starting bid of RM400 with the ending bid on 29th January 2006 12PM

I bidded the highest which is RM560.

As time flew pass 12PM today,I noticed him that he was online 2 times after 12pm.I did PM him twice reminding him that the bid is over and shall eligible for the purchase.But to no avail,he's not even replying me back.

I'm pissed off with his statement and this wholly proves that he purposely ignore me and waiting for higher offer as the bid should be ended at 12PM.If he forgot,he should reply me as I already PM him TWICE.

Below picture shows that I'm still the leading bidder.
I was unable to trace back the link as it was deleted too quickly just after he closed the topic.EDITED**** Found the link ~

Therefore,what I want to convey is that,palette doesn't uphold his promise especially for the bidders.

If he can't do that,I recommend he don't try to "play" with the thing of BIDDING ~

Just hope you guys becareful of him.He may not be a conman,but the way he deal with this matter simply makes him such as pathetic in business arena.Take note guys!

I observed his online duration time..He online since about 10pm ++ till 1am++

That's all I can report.So,is up to you guys how you want to judge him la.

Do allow him some time to give a reply here.
A grace period of 1 week is usually given unless the cases are very serious like involving huge amounts of fraud.

Although this case is not serious,I just hope people will be more cautious when bidding on something.Is something same like those FFK-ers at the end.

And speaking of letting other forumers be more cautious of the person you are reporting, you already have done a good job by posting this thread here.
A lot of traders check the Trade-Dispute section from time-to-time to see what is going on. So a lot already have been extra-cautious.

Simple to say : What the hell he put the end of bidding date for?
