the car driver fault
- viva at middle lane can stop , why cant he? - overtaking and speeding on left lane - his car have not even fully enter the middle box , whereas the ambulance is already more than half way through. the point of impact of the accident pretty much explains everything |

the ambulance abusing its prevelige...if theres is emergency i believe the ambulans will try to attend to the scene urgently..not come down like a gangster..
so must be rushing to buka puasa or escape jam..usually ambulance like that..when jam u will hear siren..when no jam, road smooth as silk u wan see an ambulance also hard.. |

Driver fault. fail to see incoming ambulance. distance gap for braking is huge.
