im guessing is how u insert the files after coming from another rom..
so far nvr had the issues, pull correctly, push correctly.
and if files are in phone be4 rom came in, have to re list them again.
files after rom, rom will take care.

1- lock back all ur data erase, but will stay 4.1 JB
2- u do customisation, lock back data loss..
3- revert ICS 4.0.4 unroot relock. then send back
4- got toolkit for mac too.

u nid to rewire the images again sometimes so gallery can detect them.

or else it will be ignored.

sometimes .nomedia not there the app still cannot detect.

itz like if u own a old nokia phone that takes pictures n play's mp3.

u boot phone, remove sd, copy files in music pictures etc,

put back the sdcard, old pictures will be there. new content not there..

what to do?

refresh the content, hit menu and refresh. refresh music, gallery etc...

DUN use Rom manager..

infact, dun let appppps do stuff that is for system related.

wiping booting etc. unless they are really reputable...

CWM is the way to go.. or twrp.

download them again.

some apps like viber skype, will have issues.

skype if restored, will NOT save ur password and randomly kick u out and end calls.

viber will not work well on ocasions.

some restored appps will just crash n not run in backgrounds...

itz soo simple... just download again...

stuff likes games n so can restore through tiba..

hence why i go uni do wipe and so, internet 98mbps, sweeet, sweet internet...

i think i even mention it the page be4.. that quote....
rom manager 1st came out i also mention cwm better..
itz like asking some random application in windows to do the boot managing...
if so death will fall onto windows and so will android system..
