dun copy to sdcard.
copy to the directory from system/apps/
to mnt/sdcard/create 1 folder and place it there.
then plug in ur comp then u find that folder.
putting directly in sdcard will be hidden from windows.

windows native way of reading is through mass storage. but since mtp is new and not many stuff use,
they dun built it well

then it should be ok.
i just refresh then also can most of the time.

If u hate it soo much learn how to pull push files from the phone through cmd.
