Sorry to repeat my question again, but no one has replied me yet.
 My email app cant seem to work at all after upgrading to jelly bean. after setting up the email accounts, it will just get stuck at the syncing part. it will just sync and sync but no email appears at all. can't seem to use the email app at all. anyone facing this issue? |

in jb there is notification toggle, but its in widget, u have to go there and drag it out

Well i used to use powerful control last time when JB just released..
but now with custom ROM like AOKP, i no longer need that app as they have built in toggle switch into the ROM  |
