that day right after i click purchase hsbc terus call my house phone... actually that day i did asked them the amount they said they dont have the amount yet but just need my acknowledgement on the transaction.

maybe you can try inform them to cancel your 2nd transaction

Yeah, that's the problem.. the first time i used my hsbc card to buy MS points, they called me immediately. I called HSBC just now..still no transaction from MS. How strange right?

I only got called when i buy MS Points via my HSBC card. When i first used the HSBC card to subscribe to Live Gold, no phone calls were made to me. I did it just once though, and sure enough the confirmation email arrives close to a week later, with no calls from HSBC. You have to remember, your billing address all salah when you sent in the details in your 360, so the central bank might not capture your attempt on subscribing to Gold using your card correctly. They may need to verify enough correct data (cross-checking your name, CC number and expiration date, and then go to billing address, etc) to capture the transaction. Funny thing was, they (HSBC) called me immediately when i bought the Ms Points.....
