Just saw a live cam of a Singapore bus capturing a fixie (I belief ) with earphone and changing lane without ever bother incoming traffic and kena whacked by a black CRV (or X-Trail...I belief) ... Whacked quite hard...

while there's another group at Ulu Yum, they headed up to GohTong jaya... back to Uptown 130KM.

Did 65km in one go yesterdy at my usual loop   . All of was well till i feel pain in my left knee. It painful that i cant even walk proper once dismount from the bike and riding after that. I still had some pain on my left knee when i move around. No porblem for my right knee tho.

I am wonder what i can do with it? Adjusting the cleat but how? I raad some stuff from the net but i just dunno what i am about to do is correct or not. I thinking asking my shop for pointers but afterward adjust abit gotta charged 20/30 AUD 

or he might end up with a 5-figure bike

those load tests tells nothing unless they posted results like how many hundred thousand cycles it was repeated for... basically.. a properly built carbon should never fail any of those test unless it is something that is out of their physical limits...it should be capable of continually running for years on the test rig as carbon has no known fatigue life like alloy does...

some visa card moment there eh... not so enjoyable when you suddenly hear your tire deflate while in the midst of basking in your glorious moment at the top of the climb...

happened to me once..  the swearing just continued all the way from completing the climb to changing the tube and on the way home...all the way...
ehh.. different person different intake i guess... if u feel something wrong... it's time to stop take a rest or watever helps...

look at the Effective Top Tube and Head Tube length of the 55cm and 56cm... sometimes, the changes are very marginal... if the effective top tube does not alter much (less than 10mm).. i guess the more common one you can get your hand on is easier... top overlap on a big sized frame should not happen often as it should have a very huge wheelbase... unless you run odd sized 185mm crankarms..

wow EMC r2.4 at RM2.5k that its good deal based on the groupset offered but without sealed wheel hubs and carbon seatpost as in offered in r2.2.

I still do not clock enough km's to see the performance of my R2.2 but the creator said it is stiffer than some carbon fibre frame. I have not try to test his claim yet.

Not in Malaysia price right ?
