Even if got lubang the bank also dont want to borrow me lor cause look at my record most probably I won't be able to repay back the money biggrin.gif
As I know Citibank called me before offering 8% pa which consider as among the best. Anyway big taikor like you don't need such loan cause you are too loaded till finding for best FD for depositing thumbup.gif

But when those ask me about investment in MK, I remain to say, it is very tough although they can hold the condo vacant for many years as MK had becomes a hotspot and watch out area for banks and valuers. The supply had been long increasing numbers and with more high end condos offers at RM 600-700 psf at BJ, Damansara, Ara Dsara and etc, MK has the potential not bearing the special Mont Kiara address anymore.

Your 2 x KR2s would still a much better bet / buy compare to 1 x Concerto where total price are similar.

By the way Chris, I forgot to see what phases the power supply provided by developer. Is it single or 3 phases?

I understand bro, some people do not want to reveal themselves much.
My concern is that if developer giving us single phase of power supply then definitely we going to have problems as C type is giving 5 airconds and single phase supply only able to cater 2 - 3 x 1HP only and anything more than that means the power supply main cable can be worn and damaged which by that time we are having trouble to replace the main cables and even causes fires. I guess later I will check on the specs and hope developer can gives us an option to upgrade the power supply to ensure safe and sound usage.

I'm not from M&E field too but my electrician guy told me this last time when they renovate my house. For your info last year my friend house main electric cable caught smoke as he open few airconds simultaneously with fans and lighting during his marriage day. Immediately they have to shut down all the high power consumption items until the smoke subside. I really do not wish that we are given 5 airconds but only can turn on only few of them at once.

I just flip through the SNP but unable to find an answer as it's not indicated what phases is given except the nos of points and etc only.
Do you think Kiara Resources able to give us an answer to this?

It's a landed house which is only few years old.
Nothing wrong with the cable, it's simply because single phase unable to support few heavy electrical usage simultaneously (aircond, oven, dryer, microwave, iron)
That's why 3 phases is required if you have more than 2 units of aircond. You can consult your electrician man on this, they will tell you the same thing. I believe over 90% of condos is given single phase only but I wish that they will able to give us an option to upgrade later to 3 phases with additional payment to TNB.
