1-2 months back, I saw some unsold units and I asked on behalf my fren's frens but mana tau strictly not selling to foreigners.
Where got many air stewardess frens. Apparently only 3 of them where 2 of them quite close with me and ask me where is KR2 when they saw the leaflet in my car and the hottest one I was not so close with her due to her high and rich profile. I can be bankcrupt if I join their group for club and luxury outings. Lol.
So, u had changed to Type B4 high floor? Cool. Then u may have chance to have a chiq neighbour. Other than above, I have 2 ladies fren bought Type C, right just above my levels. Type C neighbour would be Type B4. Wahahahaha.
TAz thread? I am not kacau ing there but just giving my fair comment. I trying to active in all BJ projects bcz I rate this area highly. The pricing out of my touch and if the project not doing well, it will bring a lil bit down the BJ area to so called dark night condo.

Ok better dun talk too much about air stewardess, very dangerous...my unit is for rent, if my neighbour is air stewardess, maybe would be a good USP for my unit hahahaha...but afraid will attract more wolf into T3.
I believe if TAz is doing good, then it will indirectly pull up KR2 price, if it is the other way round, KR2 won;t be affected much as the price gap between KR2 & TAz price is far, conclusion is for rental purpose, if entry price is reasonable, chances of getting higher return will be better.
Everything will be clearer when the KR2 project is completed, as of now the quality built & the freebies like the kitchen cabinet, air cond etc still yet to be known. Hopefully with many young professionals buyers here, will make KR2 one of the vibrant, happening & proper managed condo in BJ area.
