dont say cable when it is wire... confuse lols....

any car can install tacho meter.... wira 1.3 mmc can tap from distributor... vdo have to tap from ignition output coz crank is running induction instead hall effect.

Hi

1. Can I know where to service my Wira better around Semenyih/Kajang/Beranang/Balakong/SG.Long ? Should I sent it over Proton Service Center or outside is doing a cheaper and better job? I went to for my last service around march if not mistaken at some random accessory shop and they just change the engine oil thats it. They dint even check any other stuff even I call them to run a full check on it.

2. Its raining season and the floor of my wira (backsit only) flooded.. I am not sure where the water came in from because its dry every other place. Even the sit is dry.. I dry it up and let it under the rain for the second try and yes it get wet again. lol.... What should I do?

Thanks
1.5GL Wira bought on January of 1996.

Guys i was wondering where the fuse is for the power windows...i might just have blown them when reinstalling the switches..was taking the whole carpet off just to clean them

on another note do u guys know what might cause pinging to an old wira carbie when revving more than 3k? i hate the sound when it does that and by pressing the throttle more the sound disappears and comes again when the rpm stabilizes

Grab the auto shift stick set to L then slowly and constantly move all the way to P while you full throttle, it sure feels even more like aircraft. Make sure the car is above 100km/h before you reach P.

I shifted to R by mistake in my previous car lanjiau atos while on the move but the car didn't jerk much, kept going but can hear a very loud crunch from the gear box. But luckily the car can still keep driving normal.
