That is the most stupid stuff ever.... you let ur car vacuum leak so the MAP sensor voltage goes lower hence it will be running richer.... this screws up the car idle valve settings.....

depends on previous owner got well maintain the car or not. Then also see how old is the car. Need see if car body still ok or not, engine got leaking oil or burning oil or not, drive shaft condition, gearbox and so on...
If everything is near tip-top condition then maintenance won't be that pain, unless you are into modifying the ride.

Normal and high-light beam comes together in a single bulb. Forgot H-12 or something similiar ?
Cheap ones may cost like RM30 each.
Expensive ones are like RM60-80 each for standard legal type, more long lasting.

Over budget    looking for manual and around 10k only
