Gentleman, i do have few friends in this field, after i survey, average market cost RM100-300 per sqft built up, not base on land.
But if you get a nice architect/contractor that not potong you yet giving you a nice design and nice quality bricks, it should be averagely RM120 per sqft. Include all LED lights, fans, but exclude aircond and etc. Inclusive of wiring/cabling/aircond point/pipe and etc. |
