my S3 is currently with SC. they said they will change the whole screen (the button comes with the screen), SD card slot and the battery

unable to remove the notification missed call..

msg can remove by shutdown hp.. but this missed got few user at xda can't solve it.. dun wish 2 reset..

If i go to sc and tell them that i have battery drain issue,they will change a new battery?
