If you asked me, this whole patenting thing is done quite extremely. Imagine if Nokia were to start doing exactly what Apple did... or Motorola? I think Motorola did it first with the whole concept of a mobile phone.

As usual, I'll run with it a few days... and it seems like when I flashed this ROM, all my tweaks in Extweaks remained. SO if that is true, that means... everything should be almost identical (or at least things that I care about) and I should be fine with just that.

Siyah did add ringtone/notifcation clamping when listening to music on headphones though... StockMod ada ka? EDIT: Checked. tarak.

Hmm... also no long press to skip tracks. Not kernel thing though. ROM

Great. battery. life. To all the fellas out there complaining about the battery life. Seriously... like Seeeeeeeriously... you expect 2 full days of heavy surfing with 3G and 3D gaming? Like seriousssssssssssssly? It has a 2100mah battery. that's just 400 less than the big ass note. I never turn off my data. I surf like... every 15 mins. play games (lesser than I hope for... *time****) and tweak things here and there... reboot (which is a juice killer... but I noticed not really for this phone) all the time in between flashing stuff....

Remember... TiBu is known to cause issues VERY RARELY (but still has the slight tendencies) when restoring system apps. If there is an issue, just reinstall from market, then restore data from TiBU

I remember on the older wanam roms.. I think it was the 1.5-1.6... ran dead space, friend came by, wanted to see something on the phone, 'home-d' and left it running in the background.. he was playing some videos... then while it was running, i left video hung on the homescreen, browsed like calender, then emailed... seems to be ok.

no closes or anything.

try doing the exact same thing again and see if it happens.

Edit: If some of the applications you just opened (when music is running) which has some sort of audio playing or microphone, it will shut off the music

Can't comment on nova 3. The game I am playing quite a bit is dead space... And it's running very smoothly without fc...

Probably just situational. Consistent issue?
