have anyone been to the site recently ? I just been there last Saturday and curios about what is the building in green color next to the guard house entrance?

and speechless sweat.gif for the playground.......

Hi Canon, may i know how did you know your parking lot no. ? is that stated in snp or any other form ? I just went there on last Sunday, almost all unit door are locked including mine...wasted my time to visit the site sad.gif


And i did hav a big turn into the PPR beside us, our fence really make me wordless.... sweat.gif

My speechless is regarding the feel of the playground and landscape...hahaha
and they called this luxury apartment. Is totally different from what Avilla Apartment having, I guess they should go and have a site visit at Avilla Apartment, then only decide what should they name this project.

Did anyone feel that their maintenance fees charged at quite high rate ? Or only me feel that ? I remember they verbally told before, maintenance fees was at around RM0.14psqft, but now they charged at RM0.20 psqft, with this range of maintenance fees, we supposed to have some others facilities other than the playground n entrance guard n gated.

I see. But still, for me, an apartment maintenance fees costing at RM0.20, still quite higher than others even thought they use rate charged at 2017.

I've asked them and i believe they gav same excuses to everyone, the rate is based at 2017, and dun worry, you might ask to reduce when JMB was formed....speechless....the problem now is, you taking my money right now, and they said, dun worry, the money will credited back to your unit account once jmb formed. rclxub.gif

there's a huge empty space, which can add badminton courts, basketball courts + fulsal
those are low maintenance cost....
