Sure got a river next to Natur and sometimes it may flood. Don't know if the developer has done anything to mitigate the problem.
For those who want to flip, just be aware that the land owners have a lot of units. |

Do you know what was previously on this land? Have you survey this site or not? So how do you know it does not flood. Pls ask those pro lah, got a lot of story one. |
