Suria Land Development again. U should go to the Suria Residence @ Bandar Mahkota Cheras to check it out RM 310k without discount is high for a apartment

Hi calapia kor, suria resindence before discount for a 1256ft2 is around rm310k. After 10% disc is around rm270k. The 10% disc is a gimmic for us to get full loan with zero entry. Although no swimming pool or gym provided, i still prefer because i don need waste my maintance on the such as i seldom use. The apartment one thing stand out is using all clay bricks. U will hardly seeing a project uses clay brick. Most are cement sand brick and rc shear wall.

If the price is before 10% discount. It must be a BBB

Understand ur concern, the apartment i living now also next to a low cost flat. Although just next to it, i dont find any issue them coz my mgt abd security are tight and strict. We sustain at our own.

Yup, for 1st point of view, yes. But this developer very funny, they always giving huge built up, high ceiling and all clay brick. If around 1300ft2 built up, quite reasonable i should say and the address is bandar tun hussien onn. Prime address for balakong kia. Haha, let the developer cari makan abit lor

I dont think is walk up apartment, this price sure come with lifts

The suria residence @ bmc 1250ft2 selling rm270k freehold and same developer

Yeah, condo concept and cheap cheap, but i still dont know what material and specs they offering.

Btw, the architect for this natur, suria residence and the new balakong condo is the same. Hope he giving premium products.

Haha, he is a diligent SA from what i see here. Under a water tank is really bad for health, unless the architect design the unit ceiling slabs as double slabs.

Normally these units will allocate for bumi quota.

well, its depend, 3 more years or 5 more years, land getting limited in KV. People from outstation are dying to get nearer to KL.

Im living now in an apartment complete with basic facilities such as swimming pool and gym, i paid my expensive maintenance every month, but i hardly use it.

Such gated and guarded parcel unit without those facilities can be far far reduce the monthly maintenance. Some people like to have it and people like me prefer no. Sometime those facilities also been abused by foreign tenants. Why i pay so much to maintain and to repair as for other to continue abuse it?

Anyway, Natur address in bandar tun hussien onn already is a good start for investment. The jaya jusco cheras selatan also undergoing expansion for new wings, they sure know something that we yet to know.

happy investing bro. Investing in property is far better putting ur money in FD, Amanah or KWSP Acc 2.

I dont think low income people will live here. Because they selling at premium rate, medium incomer will buy these and maintain it well, if not mistaken, the maintanance fee is cheap, around rm0.14 psft.

Those flat tenants, rm 50 per month also reluctant to pay.

If u have a decent jmb and less pak hitam vandalisme, should be good good stay

Btw, 9 storey building is not very high density. U can refer oug parklane, thats really called high density, its like mini hk.
