construction period is 3 yrs for apartment. my sap signed in December 2012. estimate will not later than December, am i right?

Hi, guys, I just got a bad news from my contractor about the safety issue in Green suria apart. He told me that recently got thieves entered the Block B and stole the air conds from one of the house there.
Although we do have security staffs, but i personally think that it is not enough. I think we should reflect this to our developer and request them to have a camera on each lift or each floor.
