concrete top is definitely most recommended for kitchen. more durable and tough. i will recommend another kitchen specialist to you (aluminium and glass only) thru PM.
of course its not nice to have grills, but it serve as a safety barrier for break-in. However, if your unit at mid to high lvl, not necessary to have la but still up to your decision. For exterior grills (such as balcony, entrance gate, and room windows panel), surialand not allow to have other types or design. Have they explain/provide you the design while handover the keys to you?

Read on the net that a established developer is launching a new project in Semenyih for apartments with a built up area of 800 sq ft and price from RM260k.
