Wonder if anyone has any updates as to when can get vp? its been awhile since we heard from anyone...:-) certainly hope the dev will improve the connecting roads leading to this area... its quite bad if you take a drive there, super no-good:-( but I still like the humongous playground that my unit faces.:-)

Ya...please dont rent to africans. Sure will have problems later on. You may get your rent but later will get headache. Their culture is quite rough and today agree to rent to 2 guys, next mth you will see a whole village also staying inside!

They shouldnt just change name just like that. Fullstop. Shows they don't have profesionalism. Push the buck to mpkj, blame blame blame others.etc. This is misleading.

You sell (project) Durian. Carry out advertisement in newspapers, launches events, posters and buntings on streets, brochures, all under Durian name.Then when deliver product to buyers, its call Mangosteen. Somore this Mangosteen is located in another location, not as earlier said.

Celaka betul....I also called them. They standard answer, if you record what they say, you will think you are talking to a parrot escape from Zoo Negara.

Now, I only hope they DID NOT change the floor layout, the correct BLOCK i paid for, the 2 carparks suppose to be ALLOCATED and whatever whatever that they said EARLIER.

Maybe try write to Housing Board? There is a Mr.Chang there who sometimes writes for The Star newspaper. I am also quite upset about this. Imagine if you put your money with a branded project (eg.Tropicana or others) I believe that what the brochures and S&P and whatever I see is approved and thats what I am buying, right?
Suddently overnight without any notification we have another name and address is not BTHO (bandar tun hussein onn) but seri kembangan. And this dev have other projects in mahkota and now silk residence...I think better think twice with them from now on. They say one thing and do another.

So meaning, what we buyers are being told by developer is that MPKJ says cannot use English for Natur. Must use Bahasa name?
But Windows on The Park can use English name???
And these 2 projects are practically next to each other (less than 1 km away)

Suria Land as the dev has some explanation to do to all buyers. They shouldn't shirk off responsibility.
Money know how to collect from us. But do they know how to carry out their responsibilities?

Suria Land changed below without proper notifications and Explanation to Buyers.
This is misleading.

1) Change name from Natur to Green Suria
2) Change all 3 apartment Block colors from what they initially launches
3) Change address from BTHO to Seri Kembangan

Anything else that they changed??? Should buyers be worried & start questioning them?

Hope no African tenants! How sad and terrible when you have to live with rough, rude, loud and aggressive culture around you day and night. Some may argue and say "not ALL are like that". But is it worth taking the risks... Hopefully, home owners will co-operate and work towards a beautiful, peaceful and lovely living environment in this place.

Mostly are purchasers, some agents, some flippers/ investors, of cors some potential purchasers, and even maybe some are just sour plums who want to condemn the project for some reasons.

Maybe hellohello should exit this forum if it is so annoying and not gonna bring any helpful pointers/ infomation to others judging by the way he writes.... or if not, at least try to restrain yourself and have abit of Respect for others? There will always be some -ve points as in everythg...if we ONLY LOOK for the -ve, you WILL see and get the -ve. Right or not?

Natur is not the best. But defintely not a low cost apmt as he puts it...lol. There are still alot of +ve points too. Again, if you open your eyes and see

I have made complains on why they SELL and advertise in their brochures, street buntings, newspaper ads that the project is in CHERAS Bandar Tun Hussein Onn (btw, ppty in BTHO here fetches decent subsales alrite) and how can they sudently CHANGE name to green suria AND change to S.kembangan and CHANGE BLOCK COLORS!! without even informing buyers! Developer's standard answer was "dunno leh"...but later blamed it on mpkj for not allowing them to use "natur". They also blamed it on architect because they said its the architect's job to apply all these! Haiseh... china man will always be china man...

They are also taking too long to do rectification works. Submitted Defect Form more than 30 days and nothing. Nothing is done as of today. When called to asked, they said "short handed, your unit not the only ONE unit you know, so many units you know...ok ok... we will let you know when its done ok ..."

Anyone facing this same issue on Defects works not done after 30 days of form submission??

thanks flyingfox18 for the pix. didn't know the place look quite nice at nite. Its been awhile since i last went there. M thinking whether to let it go or not. Working in s.pore and leave unit empty like that. Anyone thinking want to buy, can pm me. I dont want to rent la. Marfan. "Serious thinking" buyers only pls, cos am not in KL. 9th flr, blk A, face playgrd. I like the privacy, 1200sqft. lots sunlight. Not leaking. my brother checked all defects. 2 covered carparks 10ft away from lift.

Africans tenants do have a bad reputation. Why can't these owners just learn from all those horror testimonies! Earlier part of tenancy will be rosy....wait for the big one later!! Is there anything we can do to BAN african tenants??
