I think ppl has to go thur the access card before entering the park, unless they are visitors register via in the guard hse.

I think not much ppl dispose property fast because the house we purchased was afforable price with low installment therefore the holding power can still be sustainable during market down now. Somemore many units there are holding by land onwer.

Actually we all can publish to mudah.com (DIY) with whichever the prices.

I think they use the future rate at year 2017 instead of current rate in year 2015. Due to higher inflation, the maintenance rate should be higher hence they collected in advance.
