OTH, I believe the power bank must deliver or have a headroom of at least 2Ampere (2000mA) like the wall charger.
It just need the current delivery, thats all. If some appliance batter draw 1 ampere to effect charge rate, the charger must deliver over it and current draw slides down to a minimal current when the battery is nearing full charge, which is aptly called float charge, Its a typical electrical fundamental.

btw, there is no "confirm answer" it depends on how u use it.
if u turn off your phone and juz charge it then at least 5 times.
if u using your phone while charging, obviously the charging will become lesser.

i've been reading online product with 3.1amp able to charge note 10.1 easily.
i guess this is the problem with the extra ordinary high input charging rate of note 10.1 rather than the defect from yoobao then.

If a charging product can deliver up to a genuine 3amps, I really don't see a problem in charging any tablet that already supply a 2Amp wall charger. If that product still doesn't charge, something is awefully wrong, either fake or flawed product. As mentioned earlier, its electrical principles and fundamental reasoning. Just like some 1-2Amp wall charger can't possibly charge any car battery, it need something just more powerful.
I guess someone have to come up with a PB that can deliver 2amp rating, anything below will not deliver. But then again, as current capacity of PB goes up, size and weight goes up too, no-one like to hog around some heavy mutha power bank, might as well carry a motorbike battery around?..
Sorry if gone off topic. PB are wonderful accessory no doubt, but with limitations at this point of time I guess.

yes, something is really wrong with the charging of note 10.1
and its only this model. the rest like tab, ipad or tablet from other manufacturer all no problem at all even with 1.5A

642 has 2A port which can charge ipad faster than 651 with 1.5A but the difference might be negligible.
but 642 not able to fully charge ipad3 while 651 can full charge ipad3.
all powerbank can charge ip5.
