FAQ:
1. Why Yoobao over other branded product?
Yoobao is the China most trusted brand for external or portable battery. They offer the best Capacity : Price ratio.
"IMITATION IS THE BEST FORM OF FLATTERY". Make sure your powerbank is genuine and only from Yoobao!

2. How long will the product last?
It depends on your usage mostly. Manufacturer claim is 500 cycles for every unit.
As comparison, my YB651 used 1 year plus and charged 3 days every week and its still running strong.

3. How long to charge this device from empty charge?
First, please remember this is a very high capacity battery up to 10 times of your typical iphone battery capacity.
Most of the powerbank has 1A input for charging the device. 7,800mAh @ 1A input means approx. 8 hours of charging, 13,000mAh @ 1A input means approx. 13 hours of charging!
YB665 @ 15,600mAh has 2A input henceforth this model only need about 8 hours of charging to get full capacity but please make sure to use the right adapter with 2A output (supplied in package)

4. How long can i charge my mobile phone at full charge with yoobao?
It depends on the capacity. The bigger the capacity, the longer it can last.
lets say an iphone5 only have 1500mah, if u bought an 7800mah powerbank, it should fully charge your device up to 4 times if your phone was idle or off.
People complaint when their powerbank could only last half of advertised capacity and here is the reasons why:

A. Standard cells inside the powerbank rated @ 3.7V. If the total combined cell has 11,200mAh @ 3.7V is equals to 41.44Wh which give 8288mAh @ 5V operation.
Since all USB running at standard 5V, huge power loss on advertised capacity is to be expected.

B. If you are charging using powerbank but still using your phone, the battery will be consumed as usual which results in powerbank needed to charge more than phone capacity hence lower charge rate per full charge.

C. Battery degrade over time. If your powerbank is too old or frequently used (more than 500 cycles) then expect the performance to degrade as well.

5. Can i charge my ipad/android tablet with this?
Yoobao models come with 1A and 2A/1.5A USB port. use the 2A/1.5A USB on ur iPad and it will charge wonderfully.
1A USB port can be used as well but it may need longer time due to lower Amperage.

6. Can i charge my other phone with 2A/1.5A USB?
Some reported cases that 2A/1.5A will cause some device not charging while some are using the port without any problem.
May be restrition in the device itself.

7. What is the size difference between all the Yoobao powerbank available here?

8. I'm having a problem with my powerbank. When it is charging my phone it will suddenly stop charging. what's wrong?
This is a known issue. Please check your bundled package which is supplied with micro usb to micro usb converter. use the converter to charge your phone.
If unavailable, the jack is available for sale @ RM5 per unit.
If problem persist, please contact me for troubleshooting.

9. How to pay if choose postage?
u may bank in to my Maybank/CIMB account which will be provided via PM.

10. Why should i believe that this product is genuine? it can be A/AA/AAA pirated copy product?

11. I can get 20,000mAh or 100,000mAh for only a fraction of the listed Yoobao price. what is the difference?
The difference is, one is from reliable factory with proven great record while another one is an obvious rip off. Try Googling and u will get many picture of exploded powerbank or some even put weight on a single cell charger!
and normally these powerbank are using one common design only.

12. Yoobao competitor has models with digital power gauge. why yoobao doesn't implement that yet?
A power gauge is just a measurement for user to gauge the available charge before it goes empty. The more electronics u have, the more parts it have which is prone to damage.
We have zero complaint about the power indicator and we think this shouldn't be an issue or concern.

13. I found cheaper Yoobao outside.
Please do proper research. Fake Yoobao are flooded throughout the market. They never promise that their product was genuine. Access the risk before purchase!
Attention! Be careful especially with 11,200mAh unit out there. i was told by my business partner that some people change the inside battery unit since it was not a seal pack but sell with the original box!
Buy with confidence and rest assured as i guarantee that all Yoobao unit im selling is 100% authentic and original.

14. I bought from others with cheaper price and able to verify serial code.
While the code is an easy method to check for authenticity, unfortunately it can be exploit easily.

It did wrote there "Shenzhen Market Supervision Anti-Counterfeit Network" and its not property of yoobao which means its not exclusive to Yoobao only.
Any company established in Shenzhen will be able to register and obtain this code, slap it on fake product and marketed it as original.
