If a charging product can deliver up to a genuine 3amps, I really don't see a problem in charging any tablet that already supply a 2Amp wall charger. If that product still doesn't charge, something is awefully wrong, either fake or flawed product. As mentioned earlier, its electrical principles and fundamental reasoning. Just like some 1-2Amp wall charger can't possibly charge any car battery, it need something just more powerful.
I guess someone have to come up with a PB that can deliver 2amp rating, anything below will not deliver. But then again, as current capacity of PB goes up, size and weight goes up too, no-one like to hog around some heavy mutha power bank, might as well carry a motorbike battery around?..
Sorry if gone off topic. PB are wonderful accessory no doubt, but with limitations at this point of time I guess.
